Keep practice anonymous. Do not enter Social Security numbers, medical records, detailed legal records, security information, or other personally identifiable information into public AI tools. Use “Applicant A,” “Prospect,” or “Candidate.”

Try “Cold Call Training,” “Train me,” “Run NCCF Module,” or “Let’s practice Phone Power.” Describe the behavior you want to improve. If a named mode is not recognized, use the complete prompts below.
Use voice where available
Look for the Voice control in the conversation. Allow microphone access if asked, use headphones, and choose a quiet location. Availability and controls vary by app, account, and workspace; voice support for this specific GPT must be checked in your session. If unavailable, use the same prompt in text.
Start with Pause & Practice
Ask for one objection. Respond, receive feedback, learn the principle, then respond again. Ask Anchor AI to compare your first and second attempts.
Move into Challenge Mode
Run an end-to-end fictional cold call. Anchor AI plays the prospect while you work toward an appointment. Ask it to hold coaching until you request a debrief.
Run Appointment Mode
Practice rapport, approved qualification questions, discovery, relevant opportunities, MEPS expectations, and the next appropriate commitment. Use fictional information only.
Ask for feedback and repeat
Request Engage, Assess, Reveal, and Win scores out of 10 each, for 40 total. Ask for examples from your delivery, one improvement, and a replay of your weakest moment. Scores are training feedback, not an official qualification.
